How long are shipping times?

• Your products will ship within one to five business days of your order, and then take up to two to four weeks to reach your doorstep depending on the item, and the shipping method you chose. Please look at the item info and you will find the estimated shipping time.

What's the return policy?

• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• There is only one case where you will be eligible for a return which is if the product is faulty.

• We do not send shipping labels, we send shipping instructions only. 

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• To start a return, you can contact us at info@restyhome.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.   

• Once the items are returned to us then we will issue you a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

• Cancellations are possible if you send an email to info@restyhome.com within 24 hours of your order, after that we can not cancel your order.

Can I change my shipping address?

• Yes, you can change your shipping address within 24 hours of your order, after that, we can not change the address for you. 

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

• You must contact us within 24 hours to change the shipping address for you. After your order has shipped we will be unable to change the shipping address. Resending the package back to you with the new address will cost you a 20$ USD fee.

What happens if my order was delivered but I can't find it? 

• RestyHome will open an investigation with the shipping courier and local police. However, RestyHome is not accountable by any means for shipments that show as delivered but were stolen.
