We recommend checking our Tracking Page to stay updated on where your order is. Please be aware that local shipping companies ( USPS, Royal, Yodel, Poste Italiane, and Correos) usually update their tracking information only after receiving the items from customs.
We cannot cancel the order while it is in transit. If you no longer need the item please once you receive it dont open it and contact us to provide you a return instruction for a full refund.
