  1. How long are shipping times?
  • Your products will ship within one to five business days of your order, and then take up to two to four weeks to reach your doorstep depending on the item. Please look at the item info and you will find the estimated shipping time.
  1. What's the return policy?
  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • There is only one case where you will be eligible for a return which is if the product is faulty. 
  • We do not send shipping labels, we send shipping instructions only.                                                                                                                                                                                                
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at info@restyhome.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.                               
  • Once the items are return to us then we will issue you a refund.

  1. Can I cancel my order?
  • Cancellations are possible if you send an email to info@restyhome.com with in the first day of your order, after that we can not cancel your order.
      4.Can I change my shipping address?
  • Yes, you can change your shipping address within 24 hours of your order, after that we can not change the address for you. 

     5.What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

  • You must contact us within 24 hours to change the shipping address for you. After your order has shipped we will be unable to change the shipping address. Resending the package back to you with the new address will cost you a 20$ USD fee.  
     6.What happens if I receive the wrong item?
  • If there’s an issue with your order,  then simply notify us and we will be able to resolve the issue.
     7.Do you offer exchanges?
  • We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll able to resolve the issue.
